Carter Land Services hosted a ribbon cutting celebration in conjunction with the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce on Jan. 17 at the chamber office on West Oglethorpe Highway in Hinesville.
Owner Ben Carter welcomed family members, chamber staff, ambassadors, members and people from the community to this event.
