Presidential Kuts hosted a grand-opening ribbon cutting May 10 at 9754 E. Oglethorpe Highway in Midway in conjunction with the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce.  
Owner Hassan Stewart welcomed friends and chamber staff and members.  
Stewart, a retired military veteran, wanted to bring back the “old style” barber shop complete with a hot-foam shave and a straight razor.  When asked about the name of his barber shop, he smiled and said “It is not just a name … it is a feeling.”  
The Presidential Special includes a hot foam shave, facial, shampoo and haircut.
“I am about the customer,” Stewart said. “Your experience will be relaxing and without rush.”
