Homes of Integrity Construction celebrated Wednesday the official groundbreaking of Heathrow at Sterling Links, the newest development in the Richmond Hill golf community.
Meagan Mowry, vice president of Homes of Integrity Construction, said the 72 available lots in Heathrow at Sterling Links will eventually boast high-quality homes, custom-built homes.
“The big difference is these are really high-quality homes at a reasonable price,” Mowry said. “The homes will have Hardie (fiber cement) siding and optional golf cart garages will be available with every home.”
Residents in Heathrow will also have access to already complete amenities like the Sterling Links golf course and a pool with pavilion, she added.
Mowry said construction of the model home, which will be on the same lot where officials broke ground, should be complete by December. The model home will feature the “Darbishire” plan, a home consisting of 2,800 square feet with five bedrooms.
Homes of Integrity got approval in May from the Richmond Hill City Council to begin work on this new development.
“You can see we didn’t waste any time (getting started),” Mowry said.
Homes in the Heathrow development will start at around $219,000, Mowry said. Anyone interested can find out more information by calling 414-4818 or visiting www.homesofintegrityconstruction.com.
