The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce’s June Progress Through People Luncheon, including the State of the County address, will be at noon Thursday at the Liberty County Performing Arts Center, 2140 E. Oglethorpe Highway in Flemington. Tickets are $15 for Chamber members and $20 for non-members.
