Celebration of the Week of the Young Child set

Celebration of the Week of the Young Child will be held Monday-Friday, April 7-11, at Faith Temple Church, 1060 S. Main St, Hinesville.

The church will host the Liberty County YMCA, Officer Williams of the Hinesville Police Department, the Liberty County Fire Department, the Liberty County Public Library and a cultural food fair with several local restaurants representing 8-10 different countries.

The week will culminate with a recognition ceremony, "Honoring Our Educators" at 9 a.m. Saturday, April 12, the North Main Street Park next to Coastal Bank.

All activities are free and open to the public.
