MANCHESTER, NH - It is with great pleasure that Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) congratulates the following students on being named to the Spring 2025 Dean’s List. The spring terms run from January to May.
Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.500 to 3.699 for the reporting term are named to the Dean’s List. Full-time status is achieved by earning 12 credits over each 16-week term or paired 8-week terms grouped in fall, winter/ spring, and summer.

MILLEDGEVILLE Georgia College and State University recognizes its students from the College of Arts and Sciences for making the Dean’s List for the spring 2025 term.

Gabrielle Lybarger of Hinesville Dylan Orchard of Midway Abigail Rowan of Hinesville Aniston Callanan, of Glennville was named to the spring 2025 Dean’s List for the J. Whitney Bunting College of Business and Technology at Georgia College and State University. To earn distinction on the dean’s list, undergraduate students must achieve a minimum 3.5 semester GPA while completing at least 12 hours of coursework.
Brianna Phillips of Guyton was named to the spring 2025 President’s List for the John H. Lounsbury College of Education at Georgia College and State University. To earn President’s List distinction, students must earn a 4.0 semester GPA while completing at 12 hours of coursework.
University of North Georgia
DAHLONEGA - The deans of each of UNG’s colleges announced the names of those students who made their respective lists for the spring 2025 semester.
Dean’s List recognition is achieved by having at least a 3.5 grade point average, carrying 12 or more credit hours in one semester and having no grade lower than a B.
Dean’s List honorees included: Neveah Gibbs of Hinesville Jayce Ortiz Lopez of Hinesville Kristy Daniels of Hinesville.
University of North Georgia
DAHLONEGA - For the spring 2025 semester, the University of North Georgia (UNG) awarded almost 1,700 degrees and certificates to graduates. More than half of the graduates participated in the spring commencement ceremonies held May 14-15 at the Convocation Center at UNG’s Dahlonega Campus. Kristy Daniels of Hinesville graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Aisha Johnson of Ludowici graduated with a Master of Arts in Teaching/Middle Grades.

GREENVILLE, SC - The following students are among approximately 660 Bob Jones University students named to the Dean’s List for the Spring 2025 semester.
The Dean’s List recognizes students who earn a 3.003.74 grade point average during the semester.
Imani Pouncey, a Freshman Multimedia Journalism major at BJU, is a resident of Ludowici.
Tostadas Pouncey, a Senior Sport Management major at BJU, is a resident of Ludowici.
Tostadas Pouncey was among over 600 students who graduated from Bob Jones University Friday, May 9. She also was accepted for enlistment into the U.S. Air Force.

CEDARVILLE, OH - Alexander Steele, from Midway, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Cedarville University.

BLUFFTON, SC - University of South Carolina Beaufort announces that Cheryle Milton of Midway has been named a Winter 2024 Chancellor’s List honoree. The exemplary academic performance of our Chancellor’s List students is highly commendable.
To be eligible for the President’s List, students must obtain a term grade point average of 4.0 earned on a minimum of 12 credited semester hours. To be eligible for the Chancellor’s List, students must obtain a term grade point average of 3.5 or higher earned on a minimum of 12 credited semester hours.
University of the Cumberlands
WILLIAMSBURG, KY In recognition of academic performance, the Office of Academic Affairs at University of the Cumberlands has announced that Alexandria Isaac of Midway has been named to the President’s List for the Spring 2025 semester.
To be eligible for the President’s List, students must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours (a full course load), maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 4.0 for the semester, receive an “A” grade in UC Engage, and be in good academic standing.
University of Maryland Global Campus ADELPHI, MD - Members of the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) chapter of the National Society of Leadership Success (NSLS) have completed the Foundations of Leadership program during the 2024-25 academic year. The leadership program is a four-step development program that prepares them to be effective leaders in their lives and careers.
UMGC students from the area who completed the leadership program include: Nate Venegas of Hinesville Chandra Pinkston of Fort Stewart NSLS is a leadership development organization with more than 1.5 million members and more than 700 chapters across the United States and Latin America. NSLS began 20 years ago to help the greatest number of people in the most significant way through a dedicated mission to build strong, successful leaders. The society encourages community action, volunteerism, personal growth, and strong leadership from its chapters and members around the world.
