Dryden Properties, a Hinesville based rental company, is pleased to share the details of the Wyngrove Apartments expansion. Wyngrove Apartments is a gated rental community located on Grove Point Drive in Hinesville, just off Veterans Parkway.
Located adjacent to the current structures, phase two of Wyngrove will consist of six apartment buildings, as well as amenities. The expansion is currently in process & is expected to be completed by early 2020, with new units available Fall 2019. The apartment buildings will consist of 152 units with new one, two- and three-bedroom floorplans, all including open-air balconies or porches. Featured amenities will include a 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse & pool. Additionally, the complex will feature storage units for residents of the complex to utilize for a monthly charge. A new entrance has been constructed and will have gated access from Veterans Parkway. The existing entrance from Grove Point Drive will remain, giving Wyngrove two convenient entry points.
