An anti-bullying awareness and prevention community forum will be held Nov. 11 at First Calvary Missionary Baptist Church from 12:45 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.

The event is sponsored by Liberty County Board of Education members Dr. Yvette Keel and Carolyn Smith-Carter.

Dr. Tangela H. Madge is the main speaker.

Madge assists school districts and communities in promoting anti-bullying. She is a criminologist, educator and was one of Southeast Georgia’s first in-school probation officers.

She is currently the interim superintendent for Randolph County Schools in Georgia.

First Calvary Missionary Baptist Church is located at 124 Rebecca Street in Hinesville.
