The Liberty County School System issued its guidelines for graduation on Friday, May 21 and Saturday, May 22.

Bradwell Institute

• Time and place:
Bradwell’s ceremony will be at 8 p.m. May 21 at Olvey Field. Those planning to attend the ceremony should arrive early to allow time for parking, security checks and finding seats.
• Ceremony parking and stadium access:
All vehicles must enter the parking lot from Bradwell Street; the lane from Gen. Stewart Way will be an exit only lane. Gates 2 and 3 will close 15 minutes before the ceremony begins
• Seating options:
Both sides of the stadium; new bleachers on the visitors’ side are handicapped-accessible, and disabled attendees plus one companion guest may also sit on the field with a school permit. Field seating is accessible through entry at Gate 3 near the flagpole, but no seating will be permitted once ceremonies begin.
• Security and restrictions:
Guests and graduates are prohibited from bringing the following: noisemakers, alcohol, weapons, coolers, food, balloons or other distracting items such as beach balls into the stadium. All bags are subject to search. No smoking is allowed in the stadium or on any other property owned by the Liberty County Board of Education, including parking areas.
• Inclement weather plan:
In the event of rain, graduation will be moved to Newman Gym on Fort Stewart. Space limitations permit only family and guests with tickets to attend on post. Tickets and two vehicle passes will be given to each graduate, and all drivers must present a valid driver’s license at the gate; all vehicle occupants must show a photo ID for post access. Access to Newman Gym is through the gym doors on the parking lot side of the facility.

Liberty County High School

• Time and place:
Liberty High’s ceremony will be at 8:30 a.m. on May 22 at Donell Woods stadium. Those planning to attend the ceremony need to allow time for parking, security checks and finding seats.
• Ceremony parking and stadium access
The main gate is the sole access point and opens at 7:30 a.m. Seating is on the home side of the stadium.
In the event of rain, graduation will be moved to the LCHS gym. Each graduate received inclement-weather tickets, and due to space limitations only guests with tickets will be admitted to the gym.
