History recently came to life for fourth-grade students from Waldo Pafford Elementary School.
Students took in a presentation about the American Revolution. The program was presented by the Georgia Society Sons of the American Revolution at the Liberty County Performing Arts Center.
Students listened to and interacted with actors dressed as Paul Revere, Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry, and Benedict Arnold. Each character gave an account of his life and how he contributed to the American Revolution.
Fourth-grade students are studying the American Revolution and the impact it had on the formation of the United States and its government.
