A community education kick-off rally is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Aug. 28 at the Bradwell Institute cafeteria.
The event is sponsored by Pathways to Academic and Athletic Success, a city of Hinesville CDBG grant sub-recipient.
Special keynote speaker will be Keith L. Brown of 20/20 Enterprises.
Known as the “Motivator of the Millennium,” Brown has been named one of the top 50 speakers and experts in education today by insight publishing and one of the top 10 speakers with International Speakers Bureau.
This event is open to everyone.
The “No Child Left Behind Act” has made the Adequate Yearly Progress reports a reflection on the community as a whole, organizers said.
They are asking all non-profit organizations, churches, and community volunteers to get involved with a program to support the economically disadvantaged youth in Hinesville and Liberty County.
This event promises to be entertaining and informative for all who attend.
Find out what you or your organization can do to support and encourage the community’s youths in their academic endeavors.
