Two minor fires were reported at the DB Smith Riceboro Paper Mill (formerly known as Interstate Paper) Tuesday evening according to Liberty County Administrator Joey Brown and Liberty Emergency Management Director Mike Hodges.

Brown told the Courier that the two fires are now under control and were contained to electrical systems.

The fires are currently being investigated. We will bring you updates as we recieve more information.
