The annual community Memorial Day observance will be held Monday from 10:30 a.m.-noon at American Legion Post 168, 1121 W. Oglethorpe Hwy. in Hinesville.

Fort Stewart garrison commander Col. Manny Ramirez will be the featured speaker. The 3rd Infantry Division jazz band, bugler and color guard also will participate.
