Dominique Collins, 25, was arrested Tuesday by the GBI and charged with murder in the death Sunday of Ragee Mincey, 26.

The GBI was requested by the Pembroke Police Department to investigate the stabbing incident that occurred on Miller Circle in Pembroke. Mincey was stabbed during a domestic incident and was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Information developed during the course of this investigation revealed that Collins and Mincey resided together at the residence. 

Collins is currently being held at the Bryan County Jail.
