“We find a need in the community to support,” Townley said. “We’re putting our money where our mouths are. It’s heroes serving heroes.” 

The local Homes for Heroes team has been the top team in the state for 2021-23 and was No. 2 in the nation in 2021 and 2023. 

So far this year it has helped 27 heroes.
