(Hinesville, GA) In Spring 2021, the Liberty County School System will partner with the Hinesville Area Arts Council (HAAC) on a Fine Arts program called Heart & Soul. The HAAC was awarded a $5,000 Vibrant Communities grant from the Georgia Council for the Arts. Together with $5,000 in matching funds from the HAAC, the grant totals $10,000.
