The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for CBD+ Hinesville on Friday, November 20th at their location, 445 EG Miles Pkwy, suite 109.

Chamber & CVB CEO, Leah Poole, welcomed those in attendance and introduced Kathy Villafane, Chairman of the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce. Villafane congratulated the owner, Umang Desai, on his new business and wished him much success as a new member of the Chamber family.

Desai thanked guests for attending and shared his gratitude towards the Chamber for all of their support. He also expressed his desires to share these products with the community.

“There’s a bad stigma, but some of these products really help people. We want to help the community find alternative ways to heal,” Desai said.

The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Heaven Sent Salon on Tuesday, November 24th at its location, 185 Miller Street in Hinesville.

Chamber & CVB CEO, Leah Poole, welcomed those in attendance and introduced Joe Ford, 2022 Incoming Board Chairman of the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce. Ford congratulated the owner, Lisa Johnson, on her new business and encouraged her to take advantage of all the opportunities to participate in the Chamber.

Johnson thanked guests for attending and shared her gratitude towards the Chamber, family and friends for all of their support. She also expressed her excitement to learn about and be a part of the various community and business events in Hinesville.

“You hear people say that there is nothing to do here. That is not true, and I found that out when I joined the Chamber. The businesses here support businesses, and that’s what it’s all about,” Johnson said.
