The May Progress Through People Luncheon, featuring Fort Stewart garrison commander Col. Kevin Gregory with the State of the Garrison address, will be at noon Thursday, May 28, at the Liberty County Board of Education Transportation Complex, 100 Technology Drive in Hinesville.
