The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce will host a Progress Through People Luncheon at noon on April 27 at the Liberty County Performing Arts Center, 2140 E. Oglethorpe Highway, Flemington.

The event will be sponsored by ESG Operations.

The luncheon will feature Hinesville Mayor Allen Brown’s State of the City address, which will focus on the city’s fiscal outlook and opportunities for growth. The luncheon will take place during Georgia Cities Week, April 23-29. The week celebrates community achievements, recognizes volunteers, city employees and encourages cities to educate citizens about the services they offer.
