Hinesville— Howard Family Dental is pleased to announce that Dr. Bre’on M. Anderson has joined the group at the Hinesville location, where she will serve patients alongside Dr. Joseph Merritt starting this November. Dr. Anderson attended Xavier University of Louisiana, where she majored in chemistry and minored in biology. She later went on to graduate with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Anderson was also the recipient of the American Student Dental Association Award of Excellence.
With the addition of Dr. Anderson to the team, Howard Family Dental Hinesville will be open on Fridays (starting December 7) and will offer select Saturday appointments starting in early January 2019. Dr. Anderson will care for patients Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Wednesdays from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., and Fridays (starting on December 7) from 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Starting in January, she will also have availability on select Saturdays each month from 7:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. Dr. Merritt will continue to care for patients every Monday through Wednesday from 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Thursdays from 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

As a general dentist, Dr. Anderson has an extensive skill set and enjoys doing comprehensive, restorative and cosmetic procedures including dentures and partials. She is Invisalign certified and has experience working with pediatric and special needs patients. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, listening to music, traveling, exercising and expressing her creativity through fashion.
