On Wednesday, October 1, the Liberty County Convention and Visitors Bureau will host their bi-monthly Spouse Bus Tour sponsored by The Shanken Team. This free tour will take Fort Stewart/ HAAF spouses to different places all over Liberty County and includes lunch.

The tour was created to allow spouses to network, shop, eat and participate in the amenities that are offered to them throughout the county! They are also able to learn about more ways to be involved in the community.

For anyone interested in attending an RSVP is required by Friday, September 26. You can do this by calling 912.368.4445 or emailing operations@libertycounty. org. A $5 deposit is required at that time, but the card is only charged if you do not show up.

“We love having the opportunity to show folks, both new and old, what our community has to offer,” said Leah Poole, Liberty Chamber/CVB CEO.

The itinerary changes with each bus tour and is not revealed ahead of time. This is so that attendees can spend a day having fun without the hassle of planning.
