The driver involved in a fatal accident on Oct. 19 has been arrested without incident and charged with first degree vehicular homicide.
Cordarrel Ross, 23, was arrested Wednesday at his home on Brett Drive in connection with a wreck at the intersection of West Oglethorpe Highway and Ralph Quarterman Drive that  resulted in the death of Bryan Roman, 19, Hinesville Police Traffic Accident Investigator Cpl. Les Patton said.
