A man went to the Comcast office to return a cable box. When he tried to exit through an employee-access door, a customer service clerk advised the customer he could not leave through that door. The customer then turned toward the clerk, jumped over the customer service counter and attempted to grab the worker’s sweater. An employee who witnessed the incident followed the man into an office and found the subject had removed all of his clothing. The employee, in an attempt to diffuse the situation, asked the man if he wanted to go to another office and talk and get some help. The customer complied but when the pair entered the second office, the customer proceeded to exit the building through a window. When police found the man in the woodline, he was still undressed. He was taken to Winn Army Hospital for medical evaluation and a cut he received while crawling out the window.
