Two Liberty County deputies promoted

Two deputies with the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office recently were promoted.

Sgt. Diana Holtz Markham was promoted to lieutenant. Markham was hired as a jail officer in 2001 and had been a sergeant since 2007.

Meanwhile, Frank Bleyman was promoted to sergeant. Bleyman had been a jail officer since 2004.
