Warden James L. Lanier and the staff of Wayne State Prison recently honored the 2007 Georgia Department of Corrections retirees. A dinner and recognition service was hosted Nov. 15 in the chapel at the Wayne State Prison.
Those honored include:
• Correctional Officer II B.J. Hand of Hazelhurst with 34 years of service
• Correctional Officer II Charles Smith of Hinesville with 34 years of service
• Food Service Supervisor Frank Brown of Hinesville with over 13 years of service
• Correctional Lieutenant Ron Hall of Blackshear with 30 years of service
• Food Service Manager Clayton Nadeau of Odum with 18 years of service
Those honored include:
