Sikes, Waye runoff set for Nov. 30

Complete, but unofficial, returns from Tuesday's election for Liberty County Sheriff put two of the candidates in a runoff, which will be Nov. 30.
With all votes counted, Steve Sikes and Warren Waye ran well ahead of the pack, but neither with a clear majority.
With the 10,078 votes counted, Sikes tally equaled 39 percent of the vote and Waye's amounted to 31 percent
Here is the tally, from highest to lowest.
