ATLANTA — J. Britt Johnson, Special Agent in Charge, FBI Atlanta Field Office, announces the following arrests at Savannah, Georgia resulting from a inter-agency law enforcement operation focusing on child exploitation activities in the area.
On Thursday, November 6, 2014, the FBI led Southeast Georgia Child Exploitation Task Force, in conjunction with the Richmond Hill Police Department, Pooler Police Department, Effingham County Sheriff’s Department, and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, conducted a joint law enforcement operation focusing on child exploitation matters within the Bryan County/Savannah, Georgia areas.
As a result of that operation, the following individuals have been arrested and currently face state charges related to child exploitation:
Brad Albert Inherst, age 32, of Greenville, Florida, charged with the use of computer service to seduce, solicit, lure or entice child to commit illegal act-felony
Gerard Joseph Caouette, age 24, of Hinesville, Georgia, charged with use of computer service to seduce, solicit, lure or entice child to commit illegal act- felony
Alexander Duval, age 24, of Fort Stewart, Georgia, charged with use of computer service to seduce, solicit, lure or entice child to commit illegal act- felony
Alexander Ramon Williams, age 21, of Fort Stewart, Georgia, charged with use of computer service to seduce, solicit, lure or entice child to commit illegal act- felony
Thomas Ray Damewood, age 25, of Savannah, Georgia, charged with use of computer service to seduce, solicit, lure or entice child to commit illegal act- felony
Devin Lamont Mitchell, age 29, of Savannah, Georgia, charged with sexual exploitation of a minor – felony
Also arrested as a result of law enforcements efforts during this operation were:
Nathan Daniel Foster, age 38, of Savannah, Georgia, charged with pimping – misdemeanor
Jazeene Simpson, age 19, of Atlanta, Georgia, charged with prostitution
Shawntrice Bryant, age 20, of Savannah, Georgia, charged with prostitution
