The Georgia Department of Revenue has unveiled a new Web site designed to be customer friendly and easily navigated.
“Our Web site has always contained a wealth of tax-related information but it has oftentimes been difficult to locate the desired information,” Revenue Commissioner Bart L. Graham, said. “Our new Web site corrects this shortcoming with a fresh, crisp design and improved navigational tools.”
Visitors can locate information using several methods. They can use the navigation links for broad general terms like online services, individual tax, business tax, tax professionals, tag and title, or by administrative services. Or they can use the navigation links to current news or other topics. The site also contains a search engine that allows vistitors to locate information using keywords.
“Enhancing the Web site is another tool we are utilizing in our continuing effort to improve our service to Georgia’s taxpayers,” Graham said.
