A home on Ricade Drive In Hinesville was damaged Saturday night when the occupant of the home was moving his vehicle to work on it and the brakes failed causing the vehicle to strike the single story residence. A wall was slightly pushed in and furniture moved inside the home when the accident occurred shortly after 7:30 pm. 

No one was injured according to Hinesville Police Officer, Stephen Menques. The structure is being surveyed to see if the occupants can remain there.
