Dear editor:

After reading the Mueller Report, it is clear I owe Donald Trump an apology.

When he told reporters several months ago he had no difficulty in answering the written questions sent him by Mueller’s investigative team and, in fact, it had only taken him about 10 minutes and he hadn’t even consulted his lawyers while doing so, I assumed it was just more outrageous boasting.

But, no. I imagine he didn’t need his lawyers’ help and it probably didn’t take more than 10 minutes to write, “I Don’t Remember” 36 times in a row.

The report characterizes those answers as “non-responsive.” You think?
