Editor, I recently sent a rather caustic letter to Comcast in reference to what I feel are unforgiving rate increases in the time of our high unemployment and struggling economy. An extract of the letter was published in The Courier. I got it off my chest, didn’t feel much better, and thought that was the end of the matter.
Then to my surprise I recently received a telephone call from Comcast in response. The lady pointed out several options for me to save money and gave me some concessions, some lasting three years.
I have substantially upgraded my services and (even with the rate increases) have lowered my monthly obligation. Thank you, Comcast.
