Long County had 12 athletes either bring home medals or advance to the regional championship during the recent Region 2-AA track meet in Statesboro. It was one of the school’s best showings in recent years. For the Lady Tide, Cameron Taylor brought home two gold medals in the 800-meter and 1-mile race.
