Former Bradwell athlete Aaliyah Howard was named to the 2016 SIAC Women’s Cross country All-Conference Team.

Howard, a junior at Albany State University, finished in first place at the SIAC championships held in Rock Hill, S.C., two weeks ago. Howard’s finish, along with teammate Channelle Wong’s second place finish, help the Lady Golden Rams win the championship trophy, the program’s first win since 2012.

Howard was named SIAC player of the week for her performance at the meet and was the SIAC MVP for the event.

Howard was named to the SIAC All-Conference team last year as a freshmen.
