Ten games into the season, Ohio State Buckeye and former Liberty County standout Raekwon McMillan leads the Buckeye defense in total tackles with 97 to date.

That is 24 more tackles than senior teammate Joshua Perry. McMillan had 14 total tackles in last week’s win over Illinois.

This Saturday, McMillan and the Buckeyes will take on Michigan State at 3:30 p.m.
Ohio State is currently ranked No. 1 in the Big Ten Conference’s East Division with a 6-0 record.

The Buckeyes are 10-0 overall. Michigan State is the number two seed with a 5-1 conference mark and 9-1 overall record.
The intensity of playing a game of this magnitude inside the “Shoe” is something McMillan said he’s been waiting for since high school.

“Our conference, as a whole, has really stepped the game up these last couple of years,” McMillan said during a video shoot this week.
