SAVANNAH — The Bradwell Lady Tigers played Beach close for the first half but the Bulldogs dominated the boards and pulled away in the second half to win the Region 3-AAAAA contest Tuesday night, 48-37.
The Lady Tigers (8-7, 3-5) went into the half, trailing 23-18.
Beach’s Monique Willis led all scorers with with 20 points, while Khalilah Watson scored 11 points.
The Lady Tigers had seven different scorers, led by Desirae Curry and Seandre Lee with 9 points apiece. Camille Jackson scored 8, Jammie McLemore scored 5 and Correnda Duvernay, Mei-Sean Lee and Ikamyia Richardson all scored 2 apiece.
