The Long County Lady Blue Tide hosted the St. Vincent’s Academy Saints on Tuesday, January 24 in a big region game. While a low-scoring first quarter seemed to set the tone for the rest of the game, the second quarter and beyond was all Lady Tide in a 68-37 victory.

They extended their lead to 59-24 and their run to 25-0 before the Saints scored for the first time since the 5:00 mark of the third quarter.
With the win, the Tide moved to 12-6 and 7-3 in region play.

The Lady Tide will be back at home with the boys on Friday, January 27 as they host the Savannah Country Day Hornets. This will be a big game for the Lady Tide as they look to inch toward the top seeds in the region.
