LCRD track excels at state meet

Three youngsters can call themselves state champions after winning their events in the Georgia Recreation and Parks Association state track meet. They compete for the Liberty County Recreation Department.
Alicia McCray won the high jump for 9-10 girls, Brandi Alivn won the standing jump for the 11-12 girls and Camisha Lewis won the softball throw for 13-14 girls.
Fifteen more athletes finished in the top three in the state.
