Long County High School lost 40-6 to Region 2-AA foe Vidalia High on Friday night in Ludowici.
Long County had held the high-powered Indians to a mere touchdown in the first half, but Vidalia scored three touchdowns in the third period to blow the game open.
The loss drops the Blue Tide to 1-2 overall and 0-2 in Region 2-AA.
