Blue Tide football seniors recognized

Thirteen seniors on the Long County football team were recognized during senior night Nov. 7 prior to the team’s final game in Ludowici.
Dorian Adkins, who played four years for the team, was escorted by his mother, Dawn; after graduation, he will enlist in the Navy.  Randall Behrendt, a four-year player escorted by his mother, Jana Wagner, plans to attend college.  
For Xavier Estrada, this also was his fourth year of football, but his first for the Blue Tide. He was escorted by his parents, Armanando and Camille De Santiago, and plans to attend medical school. Ramonie Farlow played all four years for the Blue Tide and plans to attend college; he was escorted by his parents, Takena Meuleman and Rojure. Darius Francis, who was escorted by his mother, Irma, played three years of football for LCHS and plans on attending college. Four-year player Matt Holtz, who was escorted by his parents, Shennen and Melissa, plans to be a firefighter.
Four-year player Raymond Mesa, who was escorted by his mother, Stephanie, plans to attend college. Austin Mills, who was escorted by his parents, Shawn and Shandale, played two years and plans to go to college.  Isaac Phillips played four years overall, but only one at Long County. He was escorted by his mother, Dawn, and plans to go into law enforcement. Javier Pouncey, who played three years, was escorted by his parents Ignacio and Pamela. Nick Stock, escorted by his parents, Kim and Adrian, played for three years and plans to go to college.
Four-year player Evan Strickland, escorted by his parents, Charlie and Emma, plans on attending college. Vanda Vereen Jr., escorted by his parents, Vanda and Totlisa, played four years and is going to Kennesaw State College.
