Come watch the pros play

The National Golf Association’s NGA Professional Golf Tour will play April 1-7 at the Sapelo Hammock golf course.
This is a great time to come and see some of the best players in the world compete. The NeSmith Cheverolet Classic will have a full field of 156 players. There is no charge to come and watch them play.  Many of the best players on the Professional Golfers’ Association tour began their careers on the NGA tour.
Practice rounds and two pro-am events will take place April 1-3, and the 72-hole tournament will run from April 4-7.
Special note:  There will be a junior clinic at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday April 2. The tour pros will demonstrate various shots and give instruction on putting, chipping, short shots and long shots. You don’t need to sign up — just show up. There is no charge; if you don’t have clubs, we will have some to use.
This is a great opportunity to see some great golf in a no-hassle environment.
