Long County High School’s Deonte Ellis intercepted an Indians’ pass before halftime, but the Blue Tide lost 39-7 to unbeaten Vidalia in a Region 2-AA contest. Long County falls to 0-2 in the region and 0-5 overall. More on this story in Wednesday’s Courier.
