Dwayne Rye continued his dominance of the Jake Blitz at Cherokee Rose Country Club this past week, but expanded his empire by winning on another course.

The Jake Blitz traveled to Sapelo to play the Wednesday Blitz and Rye shot a 71 to win low medalist honors. He then followed that back up on Saturday with a 1-under par 70 back at Cherokee Rose.

Sunday’s Blitz had Micah Chandler winning overall points during the round.

Also, Mike Sanders recorded a hole in one during the trip to Sapelo.

Blitz is held every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Sign up times end at 8:30 am on Wednesday and Saturday with start time at 9:00 am. Sign up time ends at 12:30 pm on Sunday with start at 1:00 pm.
