Former Georgia Southern football players Edwin Jackson and Garrett Frye signed undrafted free-agent contracts with NFL clubs over the weekend. Jackson will begin his professional career in Arizona, while Frye signed with Kansas City.Jackson was the team’s leading tackler for the second-straight year last season. He played in 48 career games for the Eagles and tallied 218 tackles.A first-team All-Sun Belt selection, Frye was also named second-team Capital One Academic All-America.
