Samari LeAnn Kelly was born at 5:50 p.m. Feb. 22 to Breanna Kelly and Sammie Kelly Jr. of Walthourville.
Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Samari weighed 7 pounds, 6.5 ounces and measured 19.5 inches.
The baby’s maternal grandparent is JoAnn Walthour of Allenhurst. The baby’s paternal grandparent is Albertha Kelly of Tampa, Fla.
The baby also is welcomed by sister Britteny Kelly and brothers Sammie Kelly III, Stephon Kelly and Bryson Kelly.
