Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey Sachau are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Lynn Sachau of Hinesville, to Devin Lynn Story of Quitman, son of Terry and Sonya Story of Tifton and Mike and Tammy Meyer of Quitman.
The marriage proposal came on Nov. 20 during a formal dinner aboard a Carnival cruise ship in the Caribbean.
The bride-to-be is a graduate from Bradwell Institute and Valdosta State University. The groom-to-be graduated from Brooks County High School and is currently enrolled at Darton College.
The couple currently lives in the Valdosta area. A spring wedding is set for April 18, 2009, at Gin Creek in Hartsfield.
