Justin M. Turner of Hinesville graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in imaging technology and print media management. Turner studied in RIT’s School of Print Media, College of Imaging Arts and Science.
Turner is the son of Cissy Turner of Hinesville and the late Scott Turner. He is a 2006 graduate of Liberty County High School.
