Editor,  This photo of an overturned polycart on Limerick Road in Lake George was taken two years ago. Most likely it was dogs that turned it over, but we have a lot of raccoons in Lake George so they could have made this mess. I don’t know who stood the polycart back up, but, as you can see, they left the litter. This is why I never want a polycart at the end of my drive.
