LCHS Panthers at
Tattnall County

The Liberty County Panthers were at Tattnall County Friday night, where the Panther boys fell to the Battle Creek Warriors 64-52. The boys are currently 5-1 and were scheduled to play at Long County Saturday night.

The Lady Panthers were also at Tattnall County Friday night. The girls’ score was not available in time for press.

 

BI Boston butt sale

The Bradwell Athletic Achievement Committee will start selling tickets for its fifth annual Boston butt (pulled pork barbecue) sale on Dec. 10. Football players and selected students will be pre-selling 200 tickets at $20 each, and all proceeds will be used to help further the Cat Walk and replace broken equipment in the weight room.

Last year, tickets sold out, so if you would like to purchase a ticket in advance, please call Jeff Miller, Jim Walsh or any football coach or player and they will be happy to assist you. For more information, call 368-6123.

 

Athletic Hall of Fame banquet

 

The Liberty County Athletic Hall of Fame banquet will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 9, at Club Stewart on Fort Stewart. Tickets are $15 and must be purchased in advance.
