LUDOWICI — The Long County Health Department will offer a series of free Freshstart smoking cessation classes from 5:30-6:30 p.m. July 14, 21 and 28, at the health department, 57 N. Macon St. Refreshments will be served.
Freshstart is the American Cancer Society’s group-based, tobacco cessation counseling program designed to help participants stop smoking by providing information, skills for coping with cravings and group support.
