The 33rd annual Long County Wildlife Festival is from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday at the festival site adjacent to Darwell Long Road. The event will feature arts and crafts, a petting zoo, a kid’s playland, an archery range, a turkey shoot, karaoke, a catfish pond, a shotgun raffle, a pig chase and other exhibits and demonstrations. Food also will be available. Becky Fowler said the Long County Wildlife Festival committee supports local schools, businesses and other ventures, including Relay for Life and the Smiley Elementary Trunk-or-Treat.
